The guy sent me through a second time then when didn't work second time was told to pull into bay and rinse off the soap. Only rinsed and use no addition soap/wax. Then was told we were even. Online advertising has no detail for what packages include, in house advertising shows a price with what's included. Does not specify that the price for a truck is different. I've been to truck washes everywhere, these guys are just on another level. Customer service is unlike anything I've seen. I use their full service when I stop in Truck wash and detail, laundry, shower, and even the dog wash, everything always works well, its consistent, its always clean and even my dog looks forward to stopping in he knows where their treat drawer is. Mudders Wash in Red Deer is a great place to go, it’s my #1 pick for Wand washing, I’m very particular of what places I go to wash my black truck, products and water pressure are fantastic and the the staff is very friendly, the Bays are kept clean and they also provide microfibre drying towels when you are done washing. Best truck wash, and the staff is so helpful and kind. They explain exactly how everything works and which steps should be done first etc. I assume most men know how these things work but as a girl this was so so helpful!!!
